Kale Salad
Green kale, roasted red peppers, pickled jalapenos, and sliced Brussels sprouts, tossed with feta cheese, and fried chickpeas.

Chewies Southern Chowder
Rich, creamy lobster and clam broth with fresh seafood, Applewood smoked bacon, roasted corn, and potatoes.  Served with a Southern biscuit.

Duck Rillette
House-cured Fraser Valley duck rillette, served with smokey mustard, and crostinis.

ENTREE
Seafood Gumbo
Gumbo is an aromatic soup-stew characteristic of the Creole cuisine in Louisiana that combines African, American Indian, and European elements.  We add fresh Pacific seafood to add a West Coast feel.

One of our signature dishes!  Crispy fried buttermilk marinated chicken thighs served on a house made waffle with bacon & chive butter, and topped with honey-butter drizzle.

Paupiette Of Catfish
Catfish stuffed with crab, shrimp, fresh herbs, and trinity, served on a bed of scallion mashed potatoes.

DESSERT
Vanilla Creme Brulee
Rich vanilla bean custard burnt with a hard shell of caramel, served with shortbread cookie.

Blackened Catfish
Fresh blackened catfish topped with citrus scallion butter, served with cheesy grits, and steamed green beans.

Two-day marinated buttermilk Rossdown Farms fried chicken topped with Cajun honey-butter drizzle on a bed of buttermilk mashed potatoes, and green beans.
